1 - A PRELUDE

Charella. It's an unusual name. I'm aware of that. I haven't met a person with the same name as mine but it's completely fine because it makes me feel unique and special. My name is a combination of "Chanel", the grandmother's favorite perfume and "Mozzarella", which my father got from working in Pizza Hut for a short period of time.
Firstly, I am a reader and a writer. I love how reading helps me escape reality. I become so invested in it that sometimes I wish I was in that fantasy world. There are also times that you can't get my attention because it's like, I'm sucked in by the words, the characters, their emotions and the whole story. The reading helped me widen my vocabulary and such that led me to writing my own stories. The authors of the wonderful books I've read inspired me to let my already big imagination to flow out from my mind to paper. I started writing when I was in 6th grade. My first story, which I never finished, was about multiple high school students crossing paths and meeting their significant others. I remember it having horrid grammar and missing punctuation marks but if I say so myself, I have improved greatly *laughs*.
Second, I am very open-minded and I think that's the only thing that I'm proud and grateful for. I'm willing to consider new ideas, especially with my writing. I am also a very fickle person, having the tendency to frequently change my interests and affections. That quality of mine is notorious within my group of friends and they tend to avoid giving me free reign for decision making. My mind is completely erratic. There's a bunch of things in there that some people can't handle.
Thirdly, I am a dedicated fan of Game of Thrones, both the books and the TV series on HBO (yes, I will blog about GoT soon.).
And lastly, I am active on twitter and instagram. I'll put the link down below so you can follow me, only if you want to. Maybe, someday I will also include my wattpad account when I finally find the courage to do so. Thank you for reading my first ever blog entry about myself. I am hoping that you will read my future blog entries which I will write soon.

I really enjoyed reading your blog and introduction! I also really love the reason behind your name, it's quite exquisite. But the best part about your blog for me is the fact that you're a fan of The Game of Thrones because I am as well!
